When you sign up for coverage during a special enrollment period, the date your coverage starts will be different depending on:

• What your qualifying event is
• The date we get your requested documents (application, Account Change Form, or subsidy eligibility form)
• Where you live

For Colorado - Change in employer health coverage making you eligible for a premium tax credit

If we receive your application:	Your coverage will start:
On or before the last date of coverage	First day of the month following the last date of coverage
Anytime following the last date of coverage	First day of the month after receipt of your application
